  • Wanted! Misc furniture for the rowers renting the house... we are in need of a few twin size beds that are in good shape (a few are now sleeping on the floor) and misc bedroom furniture-- bed side tables, lamps, bedding, etc. If you have any of the above just hanging around waiting for the yard sale that will never happen or for your kid to have their own apartment (they're never leaving home) please send an email to gmsrowingcenter@sbcglobal.net ---with "house furniture" in the subject line---describing what you have and we will put the rower in touch with you... Thanks in advance for any support you can give these athletes training for world class competition!
  • First work party of the season. A sincere thank you to all who came out to help—and a special thank you to Tom and Kathy Connery who toiled all day and completed some substantial maintenance and repairs to the property. Kathy is also the one responsible for the landscaping at the club’s entrance.
  • SIGNING IN AND OUT before going on the water is required. This is for everyone… even you! Life Jacket is required in your boat. A $75.00 ticket will be given by Lake Authority Police if you are caught without one.
