GMS TRAINING PROGRAM SUCCESS AT
HEAD OF THE CHARLES REGATTA

Rowers using GMS Personal Training Programs (PTP) and taking Lactate Tests recorded the following results:

Medal Winners

Gold 9 (PTP and Lactate Tests 5; Lactate only 4)
Silver 7 (PTP and Lactate Tests 2; Lactate only 7)
Bronze 5 (PTP and Lactate Tests 3; Lactate only 2)

Finishing in the Top 8

34 (PTP or Lactate Test) of which:
18 (PTP and Lactate Test)
17 (Lactate only)

GMS Rowing Center is located at New Milford, CT and enjoys some of the best rowing water in the Northeast. It offers rowing programs for all ages from high school (Grades 8 through 12), college students to adults. It has programs ranging from learn-to-row through to experienced competitive athletes. This year we helped a number of high school students achieve scholarships to college and look forward to helping more students achieve their ambitions.
