Content – This program will cater to adult rowers with some previous experience. Coaching will be available for both sweep rowers and scullers. Participants can sign up for programs that will cover 4-week segments and with sessions either twice a week. Single scullers wishing to get private instruction may make their own arrangements for one-on-one coaching directly with our coaching staff.

Daily Schedule – Saturday Sessions will start at 9.00am ending at 10:30am. (This schedule may change depending on the requirements of the group). Rowers are encouraged to speak to GMS Rowing Center staff to arrange for suitable times to work out.

Intermediate – Two and three day a week programs will be organized to meet the requirements of members who would like coached sessions. Details will be posted in the Weekly Bulletin and will appear on the Web
